Downtown Dallas Apartment Complex

Located at the corners of Fitzhugh and San Jacinto near downtown Dallas, our construction crew is hard at work creating outdoor spaces for future residents! This area is reviving and thriving and we’re happy to lend our landscaping and irrigation services to Verge Construction, the general contractor, and Slate Properties, the owner/developer. We’ve worked with both firms on other apartment projects, as well as on personal residences.

Ornament Your Landscape

We know you’re busy decking the halls, but don’t forget to deck the yard to welcome your holiday guests! Seasonal flowers such as pansies, cyclamen and flowering kale add pops of color and festivity when the rest of your landscape is most likely dormant and a drab shade of beige. We’re only a week away from Christmas, so call us today and let us ornament your landscape!

2019 NALP Awards

The National Association of Landscape Professionals is one of the foremost organizations in the landscape industry, representing over 100,000 members specializing in landscape design and installation, landscape maintenance, tree care, irrigation, water management and interior plantscaping. We are proud to be members of this incredible group.

Each year the NALP holds the Awards of Excellence which recognize the best projects in commercial and residential landscape design, installation and maintenance. Projects range in size and scope from under $25K to over $1M. Our own Neil Bales served as the Awards Committee Chairman and handed out the plaques to award winners, as pictured in the photo above.

With October marking its 50th year, we were thrilled to have received 4 Awards of Excellence during the NALP conference in Louisville, Kentucky. In the residential landscape management category, our sprawling, 4-acre Preston Hollow Estate won the silver award. We also won a bronze award in commercial design/build for 1600 N. Collins, a bronze in residential design/build for a challenging and exciting project we call the “Backyard Retreat,” and a bronze for commercial landscape management for Sylvan Thirty, a mixed-use development in the thriving North Oak Cliff area of Dallas.

We’re looking forward to another great annual conference in 2020!

Make Your Staycation More Like a Vacation

Whether it’s spring break or you’re taking time off, there is a certain attractiveness to taking a “staycation.” Ideally, you save a little money, avoid the often crazy aspects of travel, such as long waits, and can explore your own backyard – often literally. But often there is that longing to go somewhere exotic, back to your favorite villa or ski lodge. Just thinking about your favorite recent vacation brings a smile to your face. The good news is now you can create your own unique environment that makes your “staycation” more like your favorite vacation.

The question is – where do you start?
